New Member in EIC

Hi, everyone!

I’m Tatsu , I was a EIC 2009 Camp Staff, Do you remember me?
I got transferred to Global Network Team GNT-(EIC Office) in November. Although for me it was veritable bolt from blue to get transferred here, I’ve been doing my best for GNT and trying to learn everything about EIC.

I’m from Fukuoka prefecture and grew up in Munakata which is the country in Fukuoka. After I graduated from high school, I went to Asia Pacific University (APU) to study sociology which was my major. APU was a good place for me to meet lots of people who have different backgrounds and enjoy hot springs.
While I was a student at APU, I joined exchange program to study abroad. I studied education in the states and it was a great experience for me to learn English and American culture. I will never forget the time I spent in the USA.

After I graduate from APU, I started to work for KUMON in Nishinomiya branch office as an area manager for 2 years and half. I’ve learned lots of things from associates and KUMON instructors and feel thankful to them from the bottom of my heart.
EIC is a great opportunity to learn growth of children. I will do my best for GNT to absorb as many things as I can and I really hope I’m going to work for KUMON in other countries near future. That’s my plan to devote myself to education in the world. Wish me luck!
